ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN FULL. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT ACCESS, DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE USE THE WEBSITE. You acknowledge (a) that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy; and (b) this Privacy Policy shall have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.

This Privacy Policy only applies to your visits to the Site, which is operated by Reflections of S.H.E., LLC, with a principal place of business at 5557 Baltimore Avenue Suite 500-1254 Hyattsville, MD, 20781. We know you value your privacy. This Privacy Policy governs personal information we collect and receive from you or about you and explains how we may collect, use, and, in some instances, share this information.

Please read our Terms of Use, if you have not already done so. You may access the current version of the Terms of Use at any time by clicking on the link marked “Terms of Use” at the bottom of each page of the Site. Any terms defined in the TOU shall have the same meaning in this Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy each time you use the Site. If we modify this Privacy Policy, we will provide a notice at the top of this Privacy Policy for at least 30 days after the new effective date. BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.

We collect the personal information that you knowingly and voluntarily provide when you use the Site. For example, we collect the information you provide when you request information about products or services, request a catalog, purchase a product or service, contact us regarding a purchase, or enter a contest or promotion. When using the website, you may provide personal information including, but not limited to your first and last name, shipping/billing address, email address, phone or mobile phone number, credit or debit card information, Social Security number, age, birth date, gender, purchase/return/exchange information occupation, personal interests, and information used to verify your identity or for fraud prevention purposes. Whether to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on the Site.

  1. Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Site

When you access and use the Site, we automatically collect information regarding you and your device, including your device’s internet protocol address, the domain name of your internet service provider, your location, your mobile device information (e.g., device model and operating system version), your page visits, your social sharing activity, and aggregated information that cannot be used to specifically identify you.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as described in any click-through agreement or any other agreement between you and Reflections of S.H.E., LLC.

  1. Analytics

We use third party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Site. These tools may use cookies and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Site. These tools collect information sent by your device or the Site and other information that assists us in improving the Site. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your online activity.

We also participate in the Adobe Marketing Cloud Device Co-op to better understand how you use our website and apps across the various devices you use, and to deliver tailored promotions. If you do not wish to participate, you may "opt-out" at Adobe Marketing Cloud Device Co-op Privacy Control.

  1. Cookies, Local Storage, and Other Tracking Technologies

Reflections of S.H.E., LLC and third parties may collect or receive information about your use of the Site, including through the use of cookies, web beacons and other technologies, and this information may be collected over time and combined with information collected on different websites and online services, which may track users across websites and apps. You can instruct your browser to stop accepting cookies. But if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use all functionality of the Site.

  1. Cookies

When you visit the Site or advertisements appearing on the Site, Reflections of S.H.E., LLC or third parties may use “cookies” which store certain information on your device and which allow us to customize your experience to better match your interests and preferences, or to simply facilitate your signing in to use the Site. Most browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your device, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. However, if you block or erase cookies, we may not be able to restore any preferences or customization settings you previously specified, and our ability to personalize your online experience would be limited. Please refer to your browser instructions or “help” screen to learn more about these functions. 

  1. Web Beacons

Also, Reflections of S.H.E., LLC or our partners may collect information from visits to the Site using “Web Beacons.” Web Beacons are small graphic images or other programming code (also known as “web bugs,” “1x1 GIFs” or “clear GIFs”) used to keep track of your navigation through the Site and your electronic communication with us. We may include Web Beacons in our web pages and email messages. Web Beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or email can act as a Web Beacon. With your permission, We may also use pixels. A pixel is a small piece of code that can be installed on a website so social sites can track effectiveness of advertisements created on social media.

  • collect information that may include which pages you visit, which web address you came from, which links you use, and how long you stay on each page the type of browser/device/hardware you are using, purchase and checkout process, search terms you use and IP-based geographic location;

  • support the features and functionality of the Site - for example, to track the items you add to your shopping cart or to track your order;

  • provide site security and or fraud prevention purposes

 Generally, the information we collect using these technologies does not identify you personally. If, however, you have created a user identity, for example, by applying for credit, we may link the information we collect using Web technologies to other information that identifies you personally.

You will be solely responsible for the activities of anyone accessing the Site using a password assigned to you, even if the individual is not, in fact authorized by you. If you have reason to believe that your password has been compromised or used without authorization, you must promptly change it using the functionality provided on the Site.

Never provide sensitive personal information (for example, your Social Security number, driver's license number or credit card information) to us via email. We cannot guarantee that transmissions of your personal information will be fully secure and that third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or the security measures of our partners. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION DUE TO TRANSMISSION ERRORS, THIRD-PARTY ACCESS OR CAUSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Any information collected through the Site is stored and processed in the United States. If you use our Site outside of the United States, you consent to have your data transferred to the United States.

We will retain your information for as long as you use the Site and for a reasonable time thereafter, unless as otherwise specified by applicable laws. Please note that some or all the information we have collected may be required in order for the Site to function properly.

If you contact us by email, please provide us with your 10-digit customer number, but DO NOT include your Social Security number or account number.

  1. Email Communications and Direct Marketing

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. You have the choice to be excluded from our offers and promotions and to be excluded from sharing personal information with our affiliates or Marketing Partners. If you choose not to receive information from us or do not want us to share your personal information with our affiliates or Marketing Partners, please let us know by calling us at 1-800-208-2500 or by sending us an email at customerservice@reflectionsofshe.org. Please be sure to include your email address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive, such as “no phone offers”, “no mail offers”, “no email offers”, or “no sharing of information with Marketing Partners.” We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time and, in any event, within the time period required by law.
 

  1. Protecting Children

The Site is not focused on marketing or attracting minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information about anyone under the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 should not use the Site. Our goal is to comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to collection and use of information from children, including the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe that we have received information from a child, please notify us immediately by calling us at 301-701-3743.
