CANCELLED SERVICES

The following rules will apply in case of cancellation:

-Client cancels at least two weeks in advance; 100% full refund or change of date

-Client cancels less than two weeks in advance; 13-8 days before agreed service date; 50% refund no change of date. Client must reregister for appointment. 

-Client cancels 7-1 days before agreed service date; 0% refund no change of date. Client must reregister for appointment.

REFUND POLICY

Client may receive a refund of damaged products AFTER products are returned to Reflections of S.H.E., in it's original packaging. Product must be reported within 24 hours from client receiving package. 

​

Reflection of S.H.E., LLC holds the right to withhold refunds after the time frame has expired.
